The time to update iPadOS 14.2 is extremely long. Is it supposed to take over 10 min to prepare the update ???

iPadOS 14.2 is a fairly big update.
It may take some time to upgrade iOS devices depending on the speed of your Internet connection which depends on the amount of ISP traffic of your Internet service and the amount of Internet traffic on Apple’s own servers.
The update times can vary and any remote device upgraded/updates will take as long as they need to take.
