Restart iMac from scratch

Can I get a "install disk" to start my iMac from scratch? It has a Intel Core i5 2,7Ghz Processor and 4GB memory with the iOS Yosemite. I have not been able to clear the administrator and other users from it.

Step 0: Make a backup.

Boot to the installer, erase the internal drive, and reinstall MacOS.
