This set up is only possible from and iPhone to an Apple TV or AirPlay 2-compatible smart TV:

Use AirPlay to stream video or mirror your device’s screen - Apple Support

If AirPlay or screen mirroring isn’t working on your device - Apple Support


If you have an iPad, you can mirror your MacBook Pro display or use it as a second display:

Use your iPad as a second display for your Mac with Sidecar - Apple Support
