Got the installer and enter in Terminal :
sudo /Applications/Install\ macOS\ Big\ Sur.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/UNTITLED --nointeraction
but error message is :
sudo: /Applications/Install macOS Big Sur.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia: command not found
What am I doing wrong ? Tks
