Big Sur App Store not working properly

After I updated to Big Sur, I'm unable to download or update anything from the app store. They are stuck forever. Can anyone help me out??

If the issue persists, let's test in a new user account to see if this is something that only occurs in your user account: Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac - Apple Support
