It sounds like you're unable to boot your Mac following an issue installing an update. No worries, we're here for you!


The best way to begin addressing the issue is outlined on the following page: If your Mac doesn't turn on


If you need more help, tell us a bit more about what you're seeing now. Does it look like your Mac is still trying to update, do you a progress bar when you try to turn it on, or something else?


Additionally, let us know if you keep a Time Machine backup of your Mac.
