iPhone not working

Hi my friends iPhone 8 has completely stopped working and froze on an app, she can’t restart or turn off phone, nothing works but Siri comes on every now and then. Is there anything you can do to help.

Try a forced restart of that device, using these instructions:--> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support
