how do I get my iMac to update from Catalina 10.15.7 to the next level? Would that be Big Sur? It keeps searching for an update, but never finds it. How do I fix?? Thanks - Barbara

you didn't tell us the year of your iMac. is it compatible?
if it is, then near the top of the forum's page, click on "update now"
