Did you send me a message labeled case number 49481176, saying some of my information was missing or incorrect and that you would stop my service in 24 hours if I didn’t update my ID?

Scam. Apple will never call, message or email you from out of the blue.

Threatening to cut off an account is a very common theme of these scams.
