Adobe Photoshop Elements 12

Does Adobe have a 64 bit upgrade for Photoshop Elements 12? The copy I had does not work with my Mac OS Catalina.

There have been 7 updates since PSE 12. The current release is Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021 which you would have to purchase.
