need netflix for ios 12.4.9

I have a solution.

You need to find any device with the newest iOS >13. Or if you have your own. Login within ur icloud account on any iphone or ipad with the newer version of iOS. Then download Netflix application. Then use the same icloud account on ur old ipad go to appstore into purschased apps and find Netflix app and "restore" it. It will offer you to download older version of Netflix

This is a helpful answer, but,...I dont have a second apple devise. Netflix are not helpful at all. Anyone got any other ideas to work around this please?
