HDD full with "Other" - Big Sur

After updating (clean install) to Big Sur my HDD (125Gb) suddenly show's almost 42Gb of "Other" and is almost full. In the previous version of MacOs I had more than 80Gb available. What happend with the install of Big Sur and how can I free up my disk space?

A big part of the problem was the ~/library/Cashes/Cloudkit/ with was over 34Gb big

I deleted the complete folder and cleared the trashcan and it started to rebuild itself (as expected) and is now down to 10,4 MB
