I am trying to update my Mac from 10.12.6 to 10.14 so that I can update my photoshop from 2017 to current. I tried going under "About This Mac" then click "Software Update" and it says there's no updates available. Can someone please help me with this?

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and if your MacBook Pro is a 2012 or newer model, download Mojave. It's a full-version upgrade and won't appear in the Updates list.
