New iMac worth it for me?

I currently have the following iMac:

21.5”Mid 2011

Processor   2.5 GHz Intel Core i5

Memory   12 GB1333 MHz DDR3

Startup Disk   Macintosh HD

Graphics   AMD Radeon HD 6750M 512 MB

and am looking to buy:

  • 3.6GHz quad-core 8th-generation Intel Core i3 processor

  • 8GB DDR4 memory

  • Radeon Pro 555X with 2GB of GDDR5 memory

  • 256GB SSD storage

With my limited tech knowledge, I am wondering if there will be a significant advantage for me. I know that I have maxed out on my OS upgrades for my model.

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.12

Only buy a 21.5" with a bare minimum of 16GB (32 GB is better) and the largest SSD you can afford. Anything else will be a downgrade over your current machine.
