Speed up/slow down a track, like tape

I've been searching for this for awhile; I'm aware of the flexitime and other methods of speeding up and pitch shifting. But is there are way to do it the old-fashioned way? Logic had a "classic" mode in Time Shift, which seems to be gone. With time/pitch correction, there are always artifacts, not matter how small. I simply want to do what tape does: speed up, the pitch goes up. Example: take a track with multiple instruments, speed it up by 5 bpm: you have a new track, faster, with the pitch slightly higher.

I don't know why I can't seem to find this option (even the Speed FX option had artifacts, subtle time changes, etc. like it was "correcting"), given that this is how sound actually works... So, obviously, many thanks for any help.

And you can ty the Remix FX for individual tracks:
