Music not eligible for icloud library

My songs on my computer say "not eligible for icloud library," or has a broken outline of a cloud. Anyone know how to get around this?

Hi,

There a number of reasons for tracks being ineligible. Most common is size of file (over 200mb), ineligible format or faulty tracks. Can you give more details?
