Can the international edition of iPhone 11 or 12 used in the Middle East?
Amazon is mislabling the iPhone. There is no such thing as an international version.
The international version shown there is likely just a model for a country that is not UAE or other middle eastern country
Since some Middle Eastern countries ban certain iPhone features such as Facetime, the international version may just be referring to a model from a different country which would have Facetime or other banned features available on it for example.
Also that international version will likely not have a valid Warranty in the middle eastern country you may want to use it in.

Yup. I wonder what Apple's Authorized reseller terms have to say about selling un restricted phones in a restricted country.
Specifically advertising the fact it has Facetime in such countries. 🤷♂️
