Refund for non-existent purchases - 008004411875

Hi,

Since January, the amount of 69,99 has been debited from my account 19 times.

APPLE.COM/BILL 008004411875 without card MC 557519*******9166.

There is no such amount anywhere on my iTunes account.

Please explain and return many to my account
