MacBook Pro - "Bluetooth not available"

I seem to have 'lost' the Bluetooth connection on my MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012, macOS Catalina 10.15.7; currently up-to-date). When I click on Apple logo - About This Mac - System Report - Hardware - Bluetooth, "No information is found" appears. None of the fixes given elsewhere work for me.

Can you help?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

We have no idea what "fixes" you have tried, so:

reset SMC

reset NVRAM

restart in Safe Mode

did you try all? any change?

reinstall the OS from Recovery? did you try that?
