Setting up Communication limits for my child’s Screen time

Hi all,

I’ve set up Screen time settings for my child’s iPhone using family share.

When setting Communication limits, Manage child’s contacts, it says “Contact management request sent to .... You can manage .....’s contacts after the request has been accepted “

The request have never been delivered to my child’s iPhone. Tried this few times. So unfortunately I cannot finish setting this screen time area.

My devise is iPhone XR iOS 14

My child’s device is iPhone 6 iOS 12

Thanks for your assistance

 Hey there, Mr_Justice.

It appears that you’re unable to complete setting up managed contacts for your child with Screen Time.

When you state that you tried this a few times, did you turn that setting for managed contacts off and then enabled it again? If not, we recommend trying that step to see if it may help.

You could try restarting both devices to see if that can help: Restart your iPhone Also, we recommend making sure that both devices are connected to a strong reliable internet networks.

Take care!
