Keyboard malfunction

Hi everyone, I have the MacBook Pro with the Genius Bar.

Within the last few weeks my keyboard has been malfunctioning in different ways.

For example,

When I type the letter "I" it will type it twice, not type it at all or be delayed and insert the letter later on in the word.

Additionally, when I type the letters I or O it will randomly insert periods.

I have tried cleaning out the keys and I don't want to break it so I haven't removed the keys.

Any advice will be appreciated!
