So I tried to share a shopping g list for my grandmother with my mom... I’ve tried logging in and out, deleting and reinstalling, turning on/off, disconnecting from WiFi, and I checked to see if I was running the most current update( which I am) and nothing seems to work. I’ve tried all the different steps and nothing works. Please, has anyone been able to successfully fix this issue??
Hi so I was able to fix the issue!! It had to do with my iCloud storage. There wasn’t enough. I bought more storage and it works PERFECTLY!! Thank you for responding.

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
