Hey , I have problem on restoring my chats in WhatsApp. Although the total size is 1.43GB, I’ve cleared about 3.5GB in my iCloud but it still says that it couldn’t restore chat history!
Do you have enough iCloud or device storage space?
Yes I have more than 2.5 time of the total size in my iCloud and my storage
Are you seeing any messages or notifications?
Yes now I take a look and saw a notification about backup failure but I don’t have any idea how can I backup
