Help! Have an old Iphone 6 - can't remember apple-id and password for it. It is not the same as I have on my new phone.
Idea is to do a factory reset of the iPhone 6 - done. When restarting the phone claims it is tied to an apple id vxxxxx@icloud.com.... can't get pass this activation lock.... help!! Thanks

For the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
If necessary, if you are the original owner, contact Apple. Apple can remove the Activation Lock if provided the required paperwork. Either take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store (if it has reopened)
