Just received delivery of an IPhone 11. Present phone is IPhone 7. No charging cube in the box. Plus, my Honda 2018 CR-V and present cords etc are "older" USB. Exactly what do I need to hook up the 11 to the car and be able to charge at home?

Your old existing regular USB adapters and cables should work just fine to charge the iPhone 11 in the car and at home.
However, for your home situation, you may want to purchase a USB-C charging adapter cube to use with the new USB-C cable that came with the iPhone 11. This is one example:
