MacBook fans spinning when I use MS Teams

I have new MacBook Pro 13 inch 2020 with 16GB RAM. When ever I use MS teams fans spinning too loud and killing them self by spinning too much. Am I alone or someone have same problem ?

any solutions or answers ?
