New phone trade in
I recently purchased an iPhone 12 mini for my wife. She hasn’t had time to send the old one back yet. Can I send it in tomorrow for trade in? I think the letter said within 14 days or so it’s been about 3 weeks

You can send it in but they may adjust the trade-in value. If they do, you can decline the adjusted amount and they will return the phone. More information in the FAQ section of https://www.apple.com/shop/trade-in
