I get a "connection failed" message when trying to connect my AirPods to my MacBook Pro. I tried the trouble shooting steps list here a couple of times without success. Any thoughts?

C. Clear Out Earwax:

D. Charge Power:
If that is of no fix, try charging it. Also, try to go into System Preferences, and see if this device is even seen under Sound.
