Do you send emails about possible fraudulent purchases

I received an email today from "Apple ID" and it looks fraudulent about an online purchase for a game the app store. It has links of course, an Order number etc. and an invoice as a Word doc. Thanks!

That is a scam. Apple receipts do not attach Word documents.

If the only indication of the charges is from an email or text, be aware that it may be a phishing attempt to get you to log in to a site that appears to be Apple and divulge your password or credit card information. and If you see "apple.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support

For real charges, see the following instructions. They include information on contacting Apple Support if the other steps don't help: If you see "apple.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
