Do not use a 3rd party uninstaller. Just use Adobes own Uninstaller found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-mac-os.html#main_os

You should uninstall it as it will Flash is being discontinued by Adobe.

If you run the Adobe Flashplayer uninstaller in /Applications/Utilities folder, it does a thorough job of purging Flash.
