I have a new MacBook Pro. I need to get the info from my old one transferred to the new one. How do I do this?

Create a Time Machine backup on your old mac on an external drive. When setting up your new Mac, connect the external drive with the backup. When prompted, set up your mac from a time machine backup. This will transfer all your settings and files to your new MacBook Pro.
