recovering Iphone app

my Iphone app.

got deleted. Can it be recovered

you mean the 'Phone' app?

If so, this cannot be deleted. It must have been 'Removed' and would reside in the App library

From your Home Screen, swipe left until you get to the App Library.

Swipe downward and you'll get an alphabetical list of your apps which you can scroll thru and locate the Phone app

Or just type Phone into the search field.

Tap/hold until it raises/selects, then drag and it'll pop out to your Home Screen
