Hello, I have an iMac Mid 2010 macOS High Sierra 10.13.6. on iMac, mail cant be sent because mailbox acc does not have a preferred outgoing mail server.

iMac Line (2012 and Later)

It sounds like you need to configure the account. Apple explains how to do this in https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204093


If you already have an account created then simply open Mail - Preferences - Accounts and update the account in question. If you do not know what to input, then please contact your ISP for advice.
