Unauthorized transaction

I’ve been dealing with unauthorized purchased of application this past few months amounting 1008.99 pesos. That application always charged me every 15th of the month. I called my bank and told me to seek help from Apple first. I don’t know what that application. I think I am paying that app using mu credit card for 5 to 6 months already. Kindly have it check for me please. Thank you!
