Downgrade ios 14 to iOS 13

Iam using iOS 14.1 right now in iPhone XR it’s lagging PUBG so I want to downgrade to iOS. 13.5 . How can I downgrade?

You cannot downgrade to the lower version after an update. What you can try is to update your iPhone XR to iOS version 14.3 and see whether that resolves the issue.
