I deleted an app I purchased and I redownloaded it and it’s asking for payment again. Please help🙏🙏🙏

Apps are permanently tied to the Apple ID & Password that were used to download/install them.

If you changed your Apple ID, that's normal.

If you didn't, contact that app's support team and ask them using these instructions:--> How to contact an app developer - Apple Support
