Question

itunes purchase

I purchased the album last year Tool Pnuema and it won't download to itunes nor can i find it in the store to download it. It shows that it was purchased but I'm unable to download it.

Zac,

If it is not in your purchased list, you will not be able to download it. Check to see if it is hidden ( Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books - Apple Support ). Also, did you make sure that the account you used for the original purchase is the same one you are looking at?

Pnuema is an "album-only" track on the Tool album "Fear Inoculum." It is currently available in the USA Store; not sure about other countries. If you previously purchased the whole album, you should be able to re-download that track.

i purchased the entire album but I CANNOT re-download it.

The reason i deleted it was because some songs wouldn't play in itunes or on my phone

and another thing, when i go to my purchased items in the itunes store it doesn't even show up, even though i have a receipt for it, and i have had it on my PC and my phone.
