Uninstall Microsoft Office 2011

I've just installed Catalina and need to uninstall Microsoft Office 2011. But there doesn't seem to be an uninstall facility with the application. If I just move it to the bin I'm afraid I won't uninstall everything.. Ideas please?

Mac mini, macOS 10.15

Go to the section, Manual Removal of Office 2011 for Mac, and ignore downloading the Remove2011 tool (Bash script) removal tool mentioned at the beginning of that Microsoft article — unless you feel confident running that script in the Terminal.
