Moving my photos system library

I want to move my system photo library from an external drive, onto my MacBook Pro Hard drive. But it says you can't move your library onto a drive that is backed up by Time Machine... ??

It says you can't put a library on a drive that is used by Time Machine for backup.

So copy it into the Pictures folder of your MBP. Be sure to open it and verify that it copied OK and set it to be the System Photo Library before doing anything to the copy on the external HD.
