My Apple Watch se4 won’t pair with my iPhone since I had to reboot my iPhone and changed the apple id and email I tried to reset Apple Watch and now can’t get it to pair

how do I get Watch to pair to my iPhone since I reset my iPhone and everything was erased

iPhone 11, iOS 14
