IOS 14.2 needs about 4 Gig of free storage space. Maybe you don’t have thamuch fee space left. .

Go to Settings

Scroll down to the “General” tab and tap on it

A menu will open to the right the right

about the 5th item down, you’ll see “iPhone Storage”. Tap on it

Youll see a horizontal bar with several colors. Immediately above the bar it will say something like

“24 Gig of 32 Gig used.”

if you don’t have about 4Gig if unysed storage space, that could be the reason

If that’s the case, you will have to delete some photos or some big files on your phone to make room

for the update.
