My Devices list

I signed out from my old device and erased it. then i sold it to another person. when i bout a new phone and signed in i found the old device in my list. does this mean that the other guy can have access to my data?

iPhone 12, iOS 14

If you signed out and erased the data, they shouldn't be able to access it. See the Remove section in the article below.

Apple ID device list -Check to see where you‘re signed in.
