the zoom feature keep coming on and the letters are so big I can't do anything
Turn off zoom? The icons are double size not allowing me to get to controls.

double tap your display using 3 fingers. I believe that's how it's supposed to be activated and deactivated
If you want to disable it, go to Settings > Accessibility > Zoom and turn off the switch
