When I try to pair it, it says I don't have updated software, so I click on update software on my phone and it says it is update and running IOS 12.5. Then I try and pair it with the face again and it doesn't work. I try to manually pair it and no 6 digit code appears. Help please!
If your phone has ios12.5 then you can only pair with a watch that is running WatchOS5 or lower.
WatchOS6 requires ios13 or higher.
WatchOS7 requires ios14 or higher.
