Could you please provide more information regarding your issue? Some tips and tricks you can try to solve general issues with itunes connectivity are:


  • Ensure that you have the most up-to-date version of iTunes installed
  • Make sure your iPhone cable is working and functioning
  • Make sure you unlock your device once you connect
  • Ensure you select the option to "Trust this computer" when prompted on your iPhone when you connect to a computer
