Hi All,
Merry Christmas.
Currently, I am in the Middle East, and originally I am from India.
Now recently I bought Ipad from here only, now I want to use the same Apple ID which is I am using on my iPhone but I want to change Region.
In IPad, I want to use the Middle East and iPhone India.
Is it possible?
If yes, Please guide me.

Not while using a single Apple ID. You would have to use 2 Apple IDs and then deal with the issues raised by having split accounts which would be made even more complex by having them in two different countries and not being able to use Family Sharing to share content.
