I use iphone 6s plus with iOS 14.2 but merge call doesn’t work, whati is the problem since i have try to make all setting required

How to fix a prblem of merge call, though i have tried all setting still it doesn’t work

Not all carriers will support conference calling. Check with your carrier to see if they support it.
