My Apple Watch isn’t turning on. I tried force restarting it, it’s fully charged, I don’t know what to do. I did do a swimming workout with it earlier but I don’t think that’s a problem because I did it the other day and it was completely fine. Please help.

I’ve taken more of a look at it, it’s vibrating and doing everything it would but the screen isn’t on. My alarm went off on it this morning but the screen is just staying black.
