Bought an Apple watch with activation lock on!

I bought an Apple watch from Nike. I received it and it said Activation Lock is on. I do not recognize the icloud account. I spent a lot of money on this, but now I finally received it and I don't know how to turn off the lock! What can I do? Please help!

Ask Nike to remove the lock, or give you a different watch, or for a refund. It's an anti-theft measure.
