iPad continually restarting - 4013 error when connecting to iTunes

Hi everyone

My 6th gen (2018) iPad has begun to restart over and over again (white apple logo screen) and I can't break it out of this loop. When I try and push through an update or restart via iTunes I get the 4013 error each time.

does anyone have any tips before I give up?

Thanks!

Start here:--> If you see error 9, 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your iOS device - Apple Support

If the issue persists, contact Apple Support using this link:--> Get Support
